Everyone needs a strong balanced body and healthy mind and for the most
part we all strive to obtain a healthy balance between work and leisure
activities in the busy lives we lead.
All too often, however, time restraints and the pressures of work govern
our time leaving our bodies and minds suffering from the stresses and strains
of our modern day life styles.
Finding time to dedicate purely in the pursuit of fitness is not always
on the top of our list and so we need to find health enhancing activities
that are both enjoyable and sociable. A requirement for most is that our
fitness goals are rolled in together with our social and leisure time and
these activities may place stress on an unprepared body. All too often the
body cannot support the rigors of, say, a tough game of squash after sitting
at an office desk for 8 hours and injuries and posture problems often occur.
Ideally our bodies would greatly benefit if prepared for competitive sports.
With this all said, I feel that giving back to your body even just 1 or
2 times per week can be both enjoyable and a great stress reliever and so,
knowing the importance of a well balanced body and mind and how it can greatly
enhance your enjoyment of everyday living, I dedicate my time to bring you
classes and instruction in a variety of ways that are popular, rewarding,
sociable, stress relieving and strengthening to your posture.

your body to give back to it what our busy lifestyles take way. See you
