Yoga is an incredible system for total health and well being; a 5,000-year-old tradition offering tried, tested and renowned results and benefits.
Movement Improvement offers a variety of Yoga classes to suit men, women and children of all ages with a wide variety of lifestyles. Each class offers something different and each instructor has their own unique style of instructing so take your time to read what each class offers and you are welcome to email us to ask any questions to find a class that suits you. Finding the style of yoga that best suits your needs is absolutely crucial to having a good experience and great results.
We have specialty classes for specific groups of people such as Pregnancy Yoga, Hormonal Yoga, Baby Yoga to Kids Yoga for ages 6 months to 10 years. For an energetic class, you may enjoy Yoga for Strength and Flexibility and for those who are looking for calm in both mind and body, or a more restorative Yoga, try Hatha Yoga.
We all arrive to Yoga with our past injuries, health and medical concerns. Please let your instructor know any pre-existing health problems before class and we ask that you fill in a screening form to give to the instructor. This will allow your Instructor to tailor certain yoga poses to meet your needs.
We employ only talented and dedicated instructors who are all fully certified Yoga Alliance and British wheel of Yoga teachers, hence maintaining a high level of instruction and on-going training for your classes.
