Our very name, Movement Improvement, says that we feel 'movement' is an important part of a balanced life and fitness on a consistent basis can also decrease stress and keep us healthy. so we have added more traditional 'aerobic' styles of fitness classes into our schedule.
You can have a strong 'core' from Pilates and balanced mind from your Yoga practice but we still all need to work our cardiovascular systems to make an all round fitness programme.
Our fitness classes are designed to compliment your training and keep fitness fun and motivating and so we keep an eye on current trends to keep things fun and interesting - have you tried Pole fit or Gliding?
In our class schedule we have aimed to inspire people to make healthy changes to their lifestyle, and then our instructors aim to teach you how to live in moderation, to embrace activity and to put effort into a healthy future and most of all to have fun doing it.
