Personal Training in the Studio

Here at Movement Improvement we employ a number of trainers, all fully qualified and experienced from around the world.  Each trainer brings their own speciality and approach, including weight loss, strength building, muscle building (hypertrophy), rehabilitation, pre/post natal, flexibility training plus specialist equipment training such as TRX, reformer Pilates, boxing or indoor cycling.  

If you are an existing client and have already had a consultation with us, please book using the form below.
